Get clarity before you commit.
Consultations are built for people who want direct feedback, a second set of eyes, or a clear next step before entering coaching. Consultations can be purchased directly. Ongoing coaching is reviewed manually and offered by approval only.
What a Consultation Is For
This is not a generic motivational call. It is time set aside to look at where you are, what you are trying to accomplish, and what is most likely holding you back.
Bring your current training, nutrition, or routine and we will identify what needs attention.
Clarify what you actually want, what timeline makes sense, and what tradeoffs are involved.
Find the weak point in your consistency, schedule, adherence, or decision-making.
Figure out if ongoing coaching makes sense before jumping into a longer term.
Consultation Options
Shorter calls cost more per minute because they require faster diagnosis and tighter direction. Longer calls give more breathing room and better value.
Best for one focused question, a quick direction check, or deciding whether coaching is worth exploring.
Book 15 Minute ConsultationBest for reviewing your current approach and getting specific feedback without rushing the conversation.
Book 30 Minute ConsultationBest for a complete breakdown of goals, training, nutrition, adherence, and next steps.
Book 60 Minute Consultation1 Hour Extension
If the conversation needs more time, an additional hour can be added manually at half of the 60-minute consultation rate.
How Booking Works
Select the consultation length that fits what you need.
Use the payment link for the consultation length you selected.
After payment, submit the intake form and schedule the same call length you purchased.
If ongoing coaching makes sense, you may receive a private coaching invite after the call.
Good Reasons to Book
What to Bring
Book the call that matches the problem.
A quick question does not need an hour. A full breakdown should not be forced into fifteen minutes. Choose the session that gives the conversation enough room to be useful.
